#69 Season 5 Wrap Up - What's next for your business

We’ve been talking all about what’s next for your business in season 5 of the podcast and it’s time to wrap it up. It’s been such a delight to share these episodes with you. I’ve delivered key guests and topics that add the most value to your business at a stage where you’re coming up for air and thinking about what’s next.

I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for tuning in and reaching out and to share some of my favourite episodes and highlights from the season.

As I reflect over the season, some of the episodes that really stood out to me discussed the value of niching, outsourcing, email marketing and taking the time to review your processes and systems.

The episodes on digital overwhelm and spirituality in business were absolute game changers for me and I can’t recommend these highly enough. If you haven’t already, make sure you go back and check these episodes out.

[1:45]: Season 5 has been about bringing on key guests and discussing topics that add the most value to business owners at around the 3 year mark, the messy middle. It’s a time to pause and take stock.

[ 3:30]: In episode 52 I shared my story and how I built a multi 6 figure business in 2 years. I’ve also talked a lot about mistakes business owners make because I believe they are opportunities for us to learn.

[4:30]: The first thing people want to talk about at this 3 year mark is growth. It looks different for everybody so we have talked about the value of niching and how it’s pivotal to growth. We’ve also talked about outsourcing.

[5:18]: It can be hard to find the right accountant and I spoke with my accountant on a previous episode.

[5:50]: It’s important to take time to review your processes and systems. Email marketing is all a big topic and the episode with Sam Waterworth was great for this.

[6:45]: The episode on digital overwhelm with Kristy Goodwin has changed my life and I’ve adopted many of her tips.

[8:30]: My episode with Ruby Lee was also a highlight as she shed light on spirituality and diving into rituals for business such as journaling.
