SPEAKING ENGAGEMENTS
Speaking + Presenting

Bring in the expert.
If you would like someone to speak to your community and engage your audience with:
small business legal expertise
direct and straightforward guidance + tips
a holistic approach to running a service-based business
Tracey recently spoke via zoom to the Melbourne Designers Group, and it was an amazingly informative presentation, I know we all took something away from the session.
Her passion and enthusiasm were empowering.
The information was presented in a friendly and straightforward way that made, what could be a dry topic, informative, engaging, and interactive. Tracey’s experience with previous clients in the same industry ensured the content wasrelevant, specifically to the design industry, which was really appreciated by the group.

Small Business owners often neglect (not intentionally), to consider the importance of the things that would protect the business, and the business owners from potential disputes that could lead to costly and often time unnecessary litigation.
As an industry body the IDA (Interior Design Association ) – recognised that many of our members did not have adequate protection in the way of their legal documents i.e. Letters of Engagement, Fee Proposals, Terms & Conditions and also website terms and conditions, which then led us to reach out to Tracey Mylecharane.
I had been following Tracey on social media, and found her approachable manner really engaging, and her posts, blogs and podcasts were so informative and easy to understand – so I made contact with her and invited her to run two online sessions with our design community on “all things legal”. In the space of two one hour sessions, Tracey was able to demystify what is for most an unknown, in the simplest format, and answer questions that has offered a clearer understanding of the bare minimum our members require as part of their business documentation. On behalf of the IDA, I would like to say a huge THANK YOU to Tracey for offering up her time to share such invaluable knowledge with us.

I currently work with Tracey as my business lawyer and am so grateful to have found her. Her expertise and nuanced understanding of the coaching/consulting industry has been invaluable to ensure that the legal aspects of my business are taken care of, allowing me to continue to scale my business with confidence. Tracey is not only thorough and professional but also generous with her time and knowledge. The kindness and quick clarity that Tracey provides with her approach to her work is highly appreciated, especially in the busy days of running a business! I have no hesitations to recommend her and glad to have her as part of my team.

“Tracey has run a number of legal masterclasses for my group coaching program on your legal foundation as well as running one for my mastermind on legals for group programs and courses. Both masterclasses where fantastic. She keeps it simple but is thorough with her content. I always find it so valuable even after being in business for such a long time myself. If you're looking for someone to run an informative, comprehensive and engaging session for your clients, you can't go past Tracey.“
