I work with purpose-driven and dedicated business owners and entrepreneurs who are ready to build intentional, legally protected businesses. My super-powers are designing legal documents that work, identifying weaknesses, and developing solutions that are as unique as the clients I serve.

I’m a leading trusted solicitor specialising in Australian Business Law, as well as a Podcast Host, Speaker and Presenter, and Founder and Director of my business, Tracey Mylecharane Solicitor (aka TM Solicitor).

Admitted to practice law, Supreme Court of the ACT, 2002.
20 years of experience under my belt, with 12 years specialising in litigation & dispute resolution.
Australian Practising Certificate (unrestricted) NSW Law Society.
Lecturer in Law at ANU, 2014 to 2019.
Lecturer in Law (sessional) at UNSW.

EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATOR

Heidi is the Executive Administrator here at TM Solicitor, championing small businesses and coordinating all the moving parts to ensure our client experience is seamless.

With a flair for creativity and attention to detail, Heidi ensures we are all exceptionally organised and she is passionate about helping busy business owners stay across everything to ensure legal support, including documents and advice, can be delivered without delay.

Heidi balances her time between TM Solicitor, enjoying her young family, exploring new places, and many a chai latte + french pastry any chance she gets.

LISA TURNER
BOOKKEEPER

Lisa is a BAS agent and bookkeeper for her own business, Accounted For You. Lisa supports the TM Team with all things numbers and financials, including ensuring smooth transactions with our clients.

Lisa has been in the numbers game for almost 20 years and weaves her magic for us here at TM Solicitor in between supporting her own team, looking after her young family, and nurturing her well-developed passion for plants and greenery.

Rachel is the head honcho over at Frankly Write. Rachel and her team support TM Solicitor with all things copywriting, strategy and SEO. Creating copy and brand magic for us here at Team TM allows us to do what we do best (which is not creating copy!).
