#51 Season 5 Intro: You're running a small business - now what?
Welcome back to the first episode of 2022 and the beginning of Season 5! I absolutely love bringing you this podcast and I’m so excited to be back with you in the new year.
In this episode, I’ll be running you through what you can expect out of this new season and how it can benefit you as business owners. Many of us begin our businesses as side hustles and we’re unsure if they’ll even make it. Before long, the business begins to kick off and many owners find themselves muddling their way through and hoping they’ve got everything sorted.
This leads many to think “I’m running my business - now what?”
To help you thrive and really enjoy your business, I’m making this my focus. I’ll be talking about the systems and processes that need to be installed to set you up for success, growth and to ensure you’re legally protected. Everything you need to know and haven’t considered - I have it covered.
I’ll be bringing you amazing guests to help me achieve my goal. They all run their own businesses and are generously sharing with you their own advice for what worked for them. I’ll also be talking about my own real-world experiences with clients and how I set up my own business.
