#59 Productivity tips for small business owners, with Alison Morgan

It’s so easy to become overwhelmed with everything you’re responsible for when you’re running your business. Especially when you get to the 3 year mark and it’s time to start thinking about the next steps for your business.

So how do we get everything done in less time?

In this episode, I’m chatting with Alison Morgan, one of Australia’s leading business coaches. Alison has over a decade of experience in 1:1 coaching in her business ‘The Relauncher’ and ‘Sticky Studio’ and has worked with over 500 small business owners since her launch. Alison has a very solutions-focused approach with her clients and uses her vast knowledge and experience to overcome obstacles quickly.

Productivity is one of the biggest challenges entrepreneurs will have to tackle when running their businesses because none of us wants to spend 16 hours behind a computer each day! Alison shares her proven tips and strategies for productivity in her business, emails, calendars, and planning what comes next.

It’s very tempting to overcomplicate our businesses with too many shiny marketing and workflow strategies and Alison is here to help you simplify, focus on your goals and get more done.
