Things are constantly changing in life and in business and for business owners, it’s imperative that these changes are reflected in your legal documents. The start of a new year is a great time to have a look at which things may have changed in your business and to make sure your important documents are up to date.

In this episode, I discuss some common areas where things change in business which can easily be overlooked. I touch on areas such as business structure and how any change to your service offering needs to be updated in your terms and conditions. I talk about changes with employees, insurance needs and explain how business legals not only keep you protected but also help to establish clear expectations between you and your clients.

Having everything up to date and clearly laid out in your business legals will help nurture a positive client experience and give you peace of mind knowing that you have something solid to rely on when any hiccups arise in the future.
