Welcome to the final episode for Season 1 of my podcast. It’s hard to believe it’s nearly Christmas. 2020 has certainly been a year unlike any of us expected.  A lot of small business owners were able to pivot, grow and thrive this year but sadly, others were forced to close their doors altogether. In this episode, I share my takeaways from the year and my top tips for what I think small business owners should focus on as they move into 2021.

I go through some points to consider and place at the top of your 2021 to-do list, such as reviewing your business structure, updating your vital legal documents and making sure your partnership agreements and contracts are up to date.

Now is the time to pause, regroup and plan for the year to come. As I’ve said before, prevention is better than cure and I share my thoughts on what small business owners should prioritise moving into the new year.  Don’t let the new year be impacted by something that was preventable with a little bit of prioritising and planning.
